TOURNAMENT & CAMP POLICY
Declaration
By booking, I give permission for either myself or my child to attend a ForeverNetball event (Netball Camps, Netball Skills Schools, Netball leagues, Netball tournaments, coaching sessions) and I consent to any emergency medical treatment where necessary.
Refunds & Cancellations
If a participant or team withdraws 7 days or less before the event is due to take place, refunds will not be made. A full refund will be provided in the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, for example for adverse weather. This applies to leagues, tournaments, coaching sessions and camps.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue.
Photography
Photographs may be taken of participants during our ForeverNetball events to be used for promotional material. If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they need to state this on the registration form when signing up for the event.
All photographs will be stored securely, and no names will be used in this storage or when used in promotions. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.
Insurance & Liability
ForeverNetball Ltd has public liability insurance.
ForeverNetball Ltd cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by ForeverNetball’s negligence. ForeverNetball Ltd does not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control.
Personal Property
Unfortunately, our staff do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure you do not bring valuable belongings to any of our programmes. ForeverNetball Ltd will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during a ForeverNetball event.
We will operate a lost property system but we cannot guarantee the return of lost items. To allow us to return your lost property, please ensure that all personal items, including all clothing, are clearly labelled.
Event Drop Off/Collection for Children Under 16
Parents/Guardians must let the camp leader know who is collecting their child at the end of the day. If this is someone different to the person who dropped them off, identification must be provided upon collecting the child. If a child is authorised to walk home alone after an event, this must be sent either in writing or text message to the event leader.
Child Protection & Safeguarding
ForeverNetball operates a zero-tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. Every participant involved in an ForeverNetball event is of equal value and entitled to equal access of opportunity.
Data Protection
ForeverNetball often have special offers running and so we will use your details to inform you of some of our events. We also work with some third parties and will inform you of offers we feel you will like. Please let us know if you do not want to receive this information.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
